Unsuitable processing materials and tools, as well as improper use, can cause unsightly scratches or water stains in and on the surface. The glaze behaves similarly to glass. Small, sharp-edged particles, for example in grout, act like glass cutters. Liquid-filled glasses can leave unsightly water rings if used without coasters. Please take care to ensure long-lasting enjoyment of your glossy tile. Hairline cracks may occur but do not affect functionality.

Don't have the right glaze colour shade?
